Booking and Payments
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or through our secure payment portal.
Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 31-59 days before departure: 75% refund
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- 1-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- No-shows: No refund
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.
